Introduction of Horizontal Ribbon Blender
A horizontal ribbon blender consists of a U-shaped cylinder, ribbon mixing blades and transmission components. The ribbon blades are generally made of double layers. When working, the outer ribbon gathers the materials from both sides to the center. At the same time, the inner spiral belt conveys the material from the center to both sides, forming convective mixing.
In addition, the mixing part can be made into a paddle type or added with a flying knife to adapt to different materials. The cylinder cover can be made into an arch shape or a fully open type (the arch shape can bear pressure, and the fully open type is convenient for cleaning the inside of the equipment). Principle of Horizontal Ribbon Blender
The outer ribbon of a horizontal ribbon blender pushes the proceeded material from the two ends to the center. Meanwhile, the inner ribbon pushes the material from center to the two ends. Thus, there will be a good final mixing. The discharging port is set in the bottom center. With the help of the outer ribbon, the machine discharges all material completely without dead space.
