Principle of V Blender

The feeding port is at both ends of the V-shaped, and the discharge port is at the bottom of the V-shaped, usually sealed with an O-ring.

The lengths of the two barrels of the V blender are not equal, in order to more effectively disrupt the movement of the material in the mixing chamber, increase the degree of “turbulence”, and facilitate the full mixing of the material.

The rotation speed of the stirring paddle is generally 450-950r/min, and its rotation direction is opposite to the rotation direction of the cylinder to increase the mixing speed.
